Nathan Hindmarsh has been playing league since he was 12. He debuted for the Parramatta Eels in 1998 and currently plays Second Row for that club. Noted for his tireless work rate, faultless defence and powerful hit-ups, Nathan has also played 13 State of Origin matches for NSW and represented Australia nine times, including the 2000 World Cup which Australia won. In 2007 Nathan notched up 201 games for his NRL career and was again the Provan Summons medal winner.
Nathan currently holds the NRL record for most tackles in a single game in the 2007 NRL season amassing 75 tackles against the Melbourne Storm in round 23. In 2006, Nathan won the Provan Summons Medal as the fan’s player of the year and also the Second Rower of the Year.
